The Citroën C-Zero

The Citroën C-ZERO is a supermini/city car produced by Citroën and is 100% electric powered. Launched back in 2010, it was one of the very earliest full-electric small cars.

Part of a joint development programme, it was also badged as the Mitsubishi's MiEV and the Peugeot iOn. The only difference between the re-badged versions was some exterior and interior styling and the price. Only a person or company (e.g. Auto Locksmith or Garage) that has specialist software can program the key for you. They will charge you for this service.
Yes. For more than 20 years, all new cars have been supplied with an immobiliser by law. As a result, all replacement car keys have to be programmed to the vehicle for them to work.
